Kova Winter Velo Program (Deposit)

Service Description

Kova's Winter Velo Program is a 10-week winter training program for high school pitchers, running Nov 2, 2026 through Jan 15, 2027. Every week, athletes get 2 throwing sessions and 4 lifting sessions, with start times Monday through Friday at 4, 5, or 6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to noon. Each athlete starts with a full assessment (force plates, TrackMan, a 12-point mechanical breakdown, and a shoulder and elbow screening), then gets weekly and monthly progress reports. It's capped at 30 athletes, costs $1,350 or $125 a week, and after Thanksgiving they'll train alongside the college arms who come home for break.
